Ravager 2 - new version chess engine

Ravager is a self-contained UCI chess engine: an efficiently-updatable neural network (NNUE) evaluation, Syzygy endgame tablebase probing, and a texel-tuned handcrafted fallback eval — all compiled into one binary with the network embedded. 
Hybrid NNUE chess engine in C with optional endgame tablebases.
