This is the first release of Cheers, providing a reasonable strength on a single thread

v.0.3.1:
This release fixes a bug related to Chess960 castling, where boards would get corrupted if the rooks started on the C or G files, where the king would move to after castling. This would cause crashes and make a lot of Chess960 positions unplayable.
