Single executable with the neural network embedded. Nothing to install, no separate net file. UCI engine: point your chess GUI at it and play. Requires 64-bit Windows with AVX2 (Intel Haswell / AMD Excavator, 2013 onwards). Estimated ~3610 Elo — measured on an internal 10-engine gauntlet anchored to the CCRL 40/15 4CPU rating list, played at 40 moves in 10 seconds. This is not a CCRL listing; Chess System Tal 3 has not been tested by CCRL, and a rating measured at a fast time control need not hold at a slower one.
