Chess engine: Cadie 1.7

Cadie - UCI Engine
Author: Martin Wyngaarden  Rating CEDR=3007

v.1.7:
This release includes many bug fixes, improvements, and search refinements. In self-play, Cadie 1.7 is ~105 Elo stronger than Cadie 1.5 at the 120"+1" time control. Hopefully, this will translate to at least 80 Elo in the rating lists.

Most of the code changes are refactoring. Elo gains come mainly from a re-tuned evaluation and the speedup from converting from mailbox to the bitboard board representation. The bitboard implementation is not unique, and is being reused with permission from Thomas Jahn (https://github.com/lithander/Leorik)

Windows executables are attached. These have only been tested on Windows 10.

Cadie_1.7D.exe: Dynamic linkage
Cadie_1.7T.exe: Static linkage
cadie_17_64_ja.exe: Optimized compilation courtesy of Jim Ablett

Jim Ablett's build is easily the most performant.
