New version chess engines: Salmon 1.0.1

Salmon is a chess engine written in C using the Gera.Chess library. It talks to the GUI using the UCI (Universal Chess Interface) protocol.

This release comes with a critical performance fix, and now favors checks.
Binaries require .NET 8+ to be installed on the machine.
