Saturn - UCI chess enegine

v.1.2:
New net architecture (HalfKP horizontally mirrored) and many various search tweaks. There are still issues with data quality for NNUE training, so most likely the net could be improved further without architecture changes. This version is incompatible with old 20MB net.
